Here are some useful sheets for you to print out and put on your fridge or inside your cupboard.
For starters, some measurements and the conversions for said measurements. Useful if someone used some of your measuring spoons to eat cereal because he didn’t want to clean the kitchen last Saturday.

How to test the accuracy of a Digital Thermometer
This is something you should do first thing when you get a new digital thermometer
Either: Crush some ice throw it in a bowl and add water
Or: Put some water in a pot and start it boiling
Your thermometer should read 32 °F or 0 °C if you put the probe in the iced water
Or your thermometer should read 212 °F or 100 °C if you have dipped the probe into boiling water. As you can see my thermometer runs two degrees hot.
